Delivery and returns.
Delivery only available to England, Wales and mainland Scotland excluding Highlands. Contact us via email is email@example.com for delivery costs to other areas.
All deliveries are UK Standard Delivery and should arrive within 2-3 working days.
Due to the current situation of COVID-19 we are experiencing some delays in our courier network so please do get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about your order.
Our delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout, offering free delivery on all UK orders.
All our deliveries are fulfilled during working days only Monday to Friday (9am-5pm). Unfortunately, we do not deliver on weekends or on Bank Holidays.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, this cannot be changed online. If you need to change an order, please contact us via email@example.com where we will try to accommodate any requests.
Our returns and exchange policy is 14 days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and within this time period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:
- the goods are damaged or defective
- the goods were purchased directly through Lixir Drinks
- the goods are returned within a 14 day period from receipt
We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.
